Hard sudoku puzzles are more challenging than easy ones because they have fewer given numbers and require more advanced strategies to eliminate candidates and find the correct placements.
    Some of the common techniques for solving hard sudoku puzzles are:
    Naked singles**: These are cells that have only one possible candidate left after eliminating the numbers that already appear in the same row, column, and box. You can place the naked single in the cell and remove it from the candidates of other cells that share the same row, column, or box. ¹
    Hidden singles**: These are cells that contain the only occurrence of a certain candidate in a row, column, or box, even though there may be other candidates in the same cell. You can place the hidden single in the cell and remove it from the candidates of other cells that share the same row, column, or box.
    Naked pairs**: These are two cells in the same row, column, or box that have the same two candidates left after eliminating the numbers that already appear in the same row, column, and box. You can remove these two candidates from the other cells in the same row, column, or box, since they must go in the naked pair.
    Hidden pairs**: These are two cells in the same row, column, or box that contain the only occurrence of two candidates in that row, column, or box, even though there may be other candidates in the same cells. You can remove the other candidates from these two cells, since they must contain the hidden pair.
    X-wing**: This is a pattern that involves four cells that form the corners of a rectangle, such that each row and column of the rectangle contains exactly two occurrences of the same candidate.     Swordfish**: This is a pattern that involves six cells that form the corners of a 2x3 or 3x2 rectangle, such that each row and column of the rectangle contains exactly two occurrences of the same candidate.   Once we receive your order, it will take a week or two for your subscription to be received and scheduled by the publisher, where it will then be included with the publisher's next production cycle and shipped via standard mail. For example, if a subscription to a monthly magazine is ordered and received by the publisher in June, and the July or even August issue has already been mailed, your first issue would be included with the August or September mailing.
  If the publication is a weekly, you should start to receive your first issue in approximately four to eight weeks, Bi-weeklies and monthlies take approximately six to ten weeks to start. If the magazine publishes bi-monthly or quarterly, receipt of your first issue may take as long as ten to twelve weeks to start.
  Please be assured that these are standard industry lead times, although it can vary from publisher to publisher. The actual delivery date of your first issue will depend on when the next issue is scheduled to be distributed by the publisher and how frequently the magazine you've ordered is published, although our system does allow the fastest processing possible.

  Payments
  What payment types are accepted?
  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Discover, Diner's Club International, and JCB credit cards, plus Shop Pay.
  *Refunds can only be performed via original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect back to the original payment method; the time frame can vary.
  Orders
  How can I ensure my order is successfully delivered?
  Please double-check the street numbers, apartment or unit numbers, and zip codes to verify their accuracy at checkout. If you are using a P.O. Box, make sure the number is correctly included. We cannot guarantee delivery to an incorrect or invalid address.
  *In instances where the recipient is located in a facility with stringent mail monitoring, such as a prison or jail, it is essential to include all the necessary information required by such facilities. While we strive to deliver to all valid addresses, we cannot guarantee delivery if the facility's restrictions prevent mail from being received or cause it to be lost.
  When will I get my order confirmation?
  Order confirmations are automatically sent to the email address provided at the point of purchase as soon as your transaction is complete.
  *If you do not receive your order confirmation within a few minutes of completing your transaction, we urge you to check your junk or spam folders and verify that your email address was entered accurately.

  Shipping and billing address
  Payment Method
  *If the confirmation email does not appear in your inbox, or if you suspect an error was made in entering your email address, please reach out to us.
  Can I make changes to an order after it has been submitted? e.g., address updates, product changes.
  In order to provide the best customer service to all and ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible while maintaining low prices, we utilize automated systems that do not accept changes to an order once it has been placed.
  *We are not liable for situations where inaccurate or invalid shipping information is supplied by the customer or wrong items were ordered.
  U.S. Based Shipping
  
  When can I expect my order to be delivered?
  To the best of our ability, the majority of orders are shipped on the same business day. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, please expect to receive it in 7-10 business days.
  *This timeline does not apply to back-ordered or pre-order items; the specific shipping times for these items will be detailed in the product description.
  Do you provide tracking information?
  In our efforts to maintain low-cost shipping for all orders within the U.S., we cannot provide tracking for smaller orders. Tracking will be automatically added to your order when it reaches a weight of over 1 pound, which typically corresponds to approximately 3 puzzle books. This ensures that you can track the delivery of larger orders.
  *Please note tracking numbers may require up to 3 business days to reflect the next location scan.
  *Not every shipping option offers detailed step-by-step tracking. Regrettably, once an order is placed, it is not possible to alter the shipping method.
  What if I didn't receive my order?
  If you did not receive your order, please notify us within 30 days of the order being placed. We cannot support service requests after 30 days of purchase.

  Returns & Replacements
  Do you accept returns?
  Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we sell we are unable to accept returns.
  What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
  Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Please be assured that all our magazines are delivered in new condition, direct from the printer, and have not been previously used.
  *Photos capturing the damaged and/or incorrect items must be included.
  Printing Condition/Format
  What if I would like to purchase a copy for collector grading purposes?
  We appreciate your interest. Unfortunately, at this time we can not guarantee quality grading standards. All items we sell are mass production runs meant for general consumer consumption; all sales are final.
  Is there any printing or a label on the cover of the magazine?
  Unless the product description explicitly states no barcode all magazines will have a printed barcode area on the covers that match what you find in retail stores such as grocery stores.
  We do not add any additional labels to the magazine. Address labels will be applied to the outside of the shipping package.
