I received an email stating my subscription order was sent to the Publisher. What does this mean?
Once your order is processed, your subscription will be added to the publisher's next production cycle. Therefore, the number of times your magazine subscription publishes each year will determine when you will receive your first issue. For example, the first issue of a weekly or more frequently published magazine should arrive within 4 to 6 weeks of your order. The first issue of a magazine published 10 to 12 times a year should arrive within 6 to 8 weeks and sometimes up to 10 weeks depending on the publication. Less frequently published magazines, such as quarterly or magazines not published on a regular schedule, can take up to 11 weeks.
These are standard industry lead times and every effort will be made to expedite your order. Please note that your subscription ultimately starts when you receive your first issue, not when you place your order.
How can I ensure my order is successfully delivered?
*In instances where the recipient is located in a facility with stringent mail monitoring, such as a prison or jail, it is essential to include all the necessary information required by such facilities. While we strive to deliver to all valid addresses, we cannot guarantee delivery if the facility's restrictions prevent mail from being received or cause it to be lost.
When will I get my order confirmation?
Can I make changes to an order after it has been submitted? e.g., address updates, product changes.
In order to provide the best customer service to all and ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible while maintaining low prices, we utilize automated systems that do not accept changes to an order once it has been placed.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?
To the best of our ability, the majority of orders are shipped on the same business day. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, please expect to receive it in 7-10 business days.

Do you provide tracking information?
*Not every shipping option offers detailed step-by-step tracking. Regrettably, once an order is placed, it is not possible to alter the shipping method.
What if I didn't receive my order?
If you did not receive your order, please notify us within 30 days of the order being placed. We cannot support service requests after 30 days of purchase.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we sell we are unable to accept returns.
What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Please be assured that all our magazines are delivered in new condition, direct from the printer, and have not been previously used.
We appreciate your interest. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot guarantee quality grading standards. All items we sell are mass production runs meant for general consumer consumption; all sales are final.
Is there any printing or a label on the cover of the magazine?Unless the product description explicitly states no barcode all magazines will have a printed barcode area on the covers that match what you find in retail stores such as grocery stores.
We do not add any additional labels to the magazine. Address labels will be applied to the outside of the shipping package.
